Please call us Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.(Closed on Thursdays) at the above number to schedule an appointment. If it is after hours, please leave us a detailed message with your name, telephone number, and reason for your call. We will return your call the next business day.
Current Patients:
If your asthma or allergic symptoms are worse, please do not wait until your next appointment. Our priority is to provide you efficient and timely care when you need it. Call our office and we will see you for a same day appointment.
Location:
Family Asthma & Allergy Center is conveniently located on Woodside Road in Redwood City, close to El Camino Real, US-101, and I-280. We are minutes away from the communities of Redwood City, Atherton, Woodside, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto.
Our location is easily accessible to students of Redwood City School District, Sequoia Union High School District, Menlo Park City School District, Palo Alto Unified School District, Woodside Elementary School District, and Portola Valley Elementary School District.
After Hours:
After Hours/Answering Service: After hours, the call will connect to an answering service that will allow you to leave a message for the receptionist, nurse, extract lab, billing department, or physician. If you need to speak to the physician urgently, then follow the instructions and the physician will be paged. For any and all emergencies, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room. If it is not an emergency, you can leave a message and label it is as “urgent” and a provider will get back to you. All other messages will be handled the next business day.
